SoundStation IP 5000, conference: 2nd number limited to 3 digits.

Hi all, When trying a conference with our SoundStation IP 5000, we: - call the 1rst number - press Confrnc soft key - enter the 2nd number Unfortunately, we are limited to a 3 digits number. After entering the 3rd digit, the SoudStation directly dials the 3 number... WOuld you know what could be wrong?
