SoundStation IP 6000 Does Not Boot and Screen is blank

Hi,

I just tried to provision my SoundStation IP 6000 and after it tried to reboot, the screen goes blank and I am not given any options. The red lights blink every now and then but I am not given with any options.

I have tried to press the following key combination: 68* but the phone does nothing......

Any idea how I can solve this issue? It looks like a boot issue and I am at a lost as to what I can do....

Thanks,

Juan

Hello Juan,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

  • Are you sure there are no further messages displayed before the phone reboots ?

  • How is this phone powered ?

  • Have you tried pointing it to a Provisioning server or use syslog to get some logs ?
  • Is this a new phone or an older phone that suddenly showed this behaviour?
