Simply getting the POLYCOM display - no buttons on the device work. Is it frozen? What can we do to get it back up and working?
All the LED lights are a solid red - if that helps.

I also have this issue with an Soundpoint IP6000 that I purchased brand new via an authorized reseller, Interactive Intelligence. The phone is no longer under warranty. It was working fine. And then when we came in today the red lights were frozen and no display. How can we fix this?
