We have an Avaya Aura 6.1 phone system,  what type of Avaya phone do I program to use the SoundStation IP 6000 ??

Hello SuncoastFCU,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

The SoundStation IP6000 is a SIP phone and would need to get SIP credentials from your SIP Platform.

 

I can find the Avaya Aura on the list of the supported Platforms => here <= so you can follow up the links there

 

The VoIP FAQ contains the following advise:

 

Oct 7, 2011 Question: Can I register or is my Polycom Phone compatible with a “XYZ” SIP Server?
