SoundStation IP 7000 - 3 constant red lights and not booting!

Hi,

 

The SoundStatinon IP 7000 has decided not to power up! It gives off the green LED on all 3 corners when the RJ45 and cable to HDX is connected with the device screen flash for a second or two and then turns off with all 3 LEDs remaining red thereafter. The HDX system is fine but it's just the Polycom IP 7000 device that's playing up!

 

Is there a fix to this? Help!

This sounds like a defective unit and will require an RMA via your Polycom reseller.

I am now having the same issue, did you ever find a resolution.

Once the unit only shows the Polycom Logo and the three LED's its defective and cannot be recovered by an end user.
