We have this configuration working perfectly across scores of IP320s, IP321s and Soundstation IP6000s, however we have a small number of IP7000s that have gone into a continual reboot cycle - is there a difference in LLDP requirements between the IP7000 and other phones in the polycom range that I am missing?

Regards,

Alan

Alan, depending on the date of shipping the unit may simply have a different setting in the BootROM. I would advise to check and compare a working unit with the SSIP7000. Just let them boot, interrupt the countdown and then go through the menu manually. Best Regards Steffen Baier
