Phone Model: SoundStructure VoIP Interface

UC Software Version: 5.4.0.5841

Updater Version: 5.6.0.8213

Lync 2013 CU July 2015

Ext + PIN Authentication

Seeing some unexpected behaviour following a power outage. When power is restored following an outage but before Lync / networking is avaliable the SoundStructure VoIP Interface fails to sign-in, this is expected. However once Lync / networking is avaliable the SoundStructure VoIP Interface still dosne't sign-in.

It appers that if it fails 3 times it stops trying until either a login is initiated manually via the web-console or it's powercycled. I can't seem to find a configuration paramenter for this behaviour.

Thanks,

James
