Good Morning,

 

I have the following problem:

a number of Polycom soundpoint IP 331 Phones with software version 3.3.2 bootrom 4.3.1

The phone is connetec to the network and works fine.

Laptop connected to the PC Port at first connects fine but after a few hours the PC loses connection to the network.

Changing cables and reconnecting lan cable to phone and pc does not work.

You have to power down the phone then power it up again for it to work for a day or 2 then follow the same procedure of Power cycle the phone.

We have updated the software to version 3.3.4, Changed the speed and duplexing on PC and Phone but still the same thing happens.

What can be the problem?

Attached is the phone logs.

Hello Ruben,

as you are the reseller for this phone I would suggest you raise a ticket with our support team. 

 

They can work with you gathering the relevant logs to troubleshoot this.

 

You got a few errors in your configuration so I suggest you check this as well.
