Soundpoint 450 Trouble transferring calls: Log Error

Problem description: 


User will receive a call with the phone number being displayed twice (no calling name ID), select transfer, put in the extension to transfer to and then the call is lost before the transfer is completed. 


Error Log message: 


rtosNetwork : netwTask () - recvfrom err:  0 len=0

sspsPktChanActivate:  Tried to create rx rtp twice

It is always useful to include the currently used software version as issues experienced may already be addressed in a newer release.
