Soundpoint 501 with SIP_318 app wont answer calls

I have soundpoint 501 phone with sip_318 app loaded, and when phone rings, the phone will not answer call by any of three options: speakerphone, receiver lif, or softkey press.


it DID work with app sip_167, so curious if any settings changed I should be aware of to get it to answer calls.

The question is how did you update to SIP 3.1.8 ?


Did you also update the matching sip.cfg & phone1.cfg files ?

Thanks for responding so quickly!

Updated phone via app being downloaded from tftp server I have set up.
Yes, phone1.cfg and sip.cfg and 00000000.cfg files all present and updated to 318.

Phone is able to originate calls, just not go off hook on inbound calls.
Any default config options I should look at?
