I'm looking for some simple programming instructions for the following tasks:

 

1) Setup a softkey from the main screen to the company directory on SP IP450s

2) Setup Operator call status  for all users on SP IP650 with sidecar

 

My SIP provider recommended these phones, and I'm starting to regret it over how difficult configuring them seems to be.

 

Any help would be appreciated.

welcome to the Polycom Community.

 

We encourage all users to check the FAQ as both EFK => here <= and BLF => here <= is already outlined in detail.

 

Your Polycom Reseller should be the first person to contact in case you are running into technical difficulties as they have sold you the Item.

 

Feel free to utilize the search facility as all above has been discussed already in the VoIP Section on plenty of other occasions.
