I have entered a DNS address into the Server 1 field of the Call Server Configuration Section. This DNS name returns 2 IP addresses. Once the phone gets on IP address to send the REGISTER to, is there a way to force the phone to send subsequent REGISTERs to only that IP address unless that IP address becomes unreachable?

I wouldn't think so. If you're trying to do redundancy, that's not the way to do it.

 

You need to configure the phone either using SRV DNS records where you can supply multiple server names/IPs and it will connect to the highest priority as specified in the SRV record, failing over in case it becomes unreachable, or you want to configure the phone with multiple server addresses and enable registration on both.
