Soundpoint IP550 message light

I have a phone with the message light continually blinking.  I have reset the phone and there are no VM, email or fax messages.  Any suggestions on how to reset this light?

welcome to the Polycom Community.

Are you sure you are not subscribing to this via your SIP server or receiving a SIP notify?


If no a simple perl script could be used to reset the message counter. I suggest checking for something like this via a search engine.
