Hello,

 

We have deployed multiple 321's and 650's into our network. We are experincing MWI light problems, they work correctly for about a week and then stop working again. When they stop working they either don't light up when a voicemail is lit, or the light will stay lit when a voicemail is left and then checked.

 

We have a couple 321's that are on verision UC 3.1.3 and they have no probelms at all

 

All the 321's and 650's now are on verision UC 4.0.3

 

Below is the config we are using for phones that work for a little while

Above post explains in the troubleshooting part 4 in detail how you could use either wireshark or the phone logs to check against your issue.
