Hey!

 

I hope you can help me...

 

Is it possible to connect the Polycom Soundstation IP 6000 with the Avaya Communication Manager using h.323?

I know that you can connect it with the Integral or IP Office when using SIP but my customer do not use SIP Hardware.

 

Of course, Avaya offers the Soundstation IP 6000 with his own settings and firmware but the customer don't want to buy the stations again.

 

So i am looking for a way to install the Avaya firmware on the Polycom Station IP 6000.

 

Maybe you have any ideas:-)

Hello Denny,

 

welcome to the Polycom community.

 

The SSIP6000 is SIP only device and even if the AVAYA Variant may look similar from the outside is not H.323 convertable.
