Soundstation Duo Proble with DTMF

Hi to all,

I have a polycom soundstation duo connected to a 3cx pbx.
I have a problem with dtmf, when I call an automatic answering machine in Italy, the dtmf works. (The pbx server is in italy)


When I call an automatic answering machine in other country (Like London) then the dtmf does not work.

 

Any idea?

welcome to the Polycom Community.

The phone uses the same method every time so this is very unusual.

Hi,

thank's for response

I follow the guide e now it working, except for the star key (*) for uk number (london).

 

Sometimes working e sometimes no. Sometimes i have to push for long time the key and it  work.

 

Any idea

Hello Eurotrend,

I suggest you play with the tone.dtmf.onTime parameter.By default it is set to 50 milliseconds.

you cannot.

 

This is why I posted the other FAQ posts. You need to manually create a configuration file and import via the Web Interface.

i try to modify from 4 to 400 ms but don't working. even the same problem.

 

It works for few second and then not

Hello Eurotrade

the suggested Parameter is not in your backup so I am unsure if you imported this correctly.

 

Other users can try and assist you but from a Polycom perspective, if you are unable to follow the FAQ posts, please open a ticket.

In order to raise a support ticket you need to work with your Polycom reseller as they need to do this for you.

If this is some sort of an Internet discounter please post either your phone's MAC address or your Polycom devices serial so I can look up who would be able to support you. This may not be who you purchased the Polycom device from.
