Solved: Soundstation IP 5000 Speed-Dial limit

Hello everyone,

I´am trying to import my contacts via a MAC.xml but since the limit of the Speed-Dial for the SPIP 5000 is 99, it only inserts the first 99 contacts. Now i have 500 contacts to insert. So my question is, if there is a workaround for my problem. I tried deleting the <sd></sd> line or let it empty but it doesn´t seem to work.

Hello Alex,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

As stated in the admin guide 99 contacts is the maximum for these phones.

You should consider using an LDAP server instead.
