I have a Mitel based 3300 system here. I found online how to configure a Soundstation IP 6000 and used that to setup the IP 5000. I can take aand receive internal calls with and I can call externally with it. When I try to call it, the call goes to our call center instead. I have made sure the class of service is set correctly here and on. Does anyone have any idea, it seems that I almost have the IP 5000 set correctly except for this one problem.

Hello oheuston,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

Not that it really matters for your issue but it is always useful to include the currently used SIP or UC Software version as issues experienced or a question asked may already be addressed in a newer release.

This also allows yourself and others to check against current software release notes, Administrator Guides or FAQ post’s.

In regards to your actual issue I cannot help you with as you can make and receive internal calls just fine so I suggest you work with Mitel on this.
