I am having difficulty in getting a Soundstation IP 6000 to register with Cisco Call Manager 9.1

I am getting the following on the phone

000059.869|sip  |*|03|Fast Boot Measurement Point: Ready for Call, uptime: 59.869 sec.
000059.871|app1 |*|03|Ctx [0] Registered [false]
000059.874|app1 |5|03|Corporate directory instance does not exists.
000059.896|sip  |4|03|Registration failed User: 76575, Error Code:500 Internal Server Error
000059.902|copy |4|03|Configuration of URL failed

I've never had a 500 error when registering a SIP phone before?

Hi,

Yes I did follow the guide, the issue seems have to resoved itself after a reboot of the phone.
