First off I just want to say that I will NEVER recommend buying another polycom phone. Customer support is almost as important as the actual product and to say that you won't assist me because I am not a certified VOIP partner after I spent $600+ on a phone is absolute BS.
Ok , now that I jumped off the soapbox. I am trying to configure this POS phone to work with Vonage but every time I point it to the provisioning server it goes in a constant loop of rebooting and trying to download the cfg file. I set it up on Friday and it was still looping when I came back to work Monday. I have spent several hours on the phone with Vonage(at least someone still cares about customer support) trying to resolve this until they finally gave up and sent me here. I have several Yealink phones all working pefectly
Does anyone have any addition information on setting this phone up to work with Vonage or do I have a $600 paperweight?

What does the phone display and how about posting a Video so we can see the messages?
Does the phone even reach Vonage's server and what can they see in the phone logs?
