I am having trouble joining to calls together.  Here is the process I am using, am I doing something wrong?

Dial phone A

Press conference

Dial phone B

Press conference

At this point, phone A and the IP6000 are talking and phone B is still hearing hold music.

App Version - 4.0.2.11307

Bootblock - 3.0.2.0024

Updater - 5.0.1.10553

PBX=Vertical Wave IP 2500

Any help, ideas, or suggestions would be appreciated.

Hello Dan,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

I can only suggest to check via a Wireshark trace to see what signaling is passed between the SIP PABX and the phone and possibly compare it to another device.

I am unable to troubleshoot this for you but you can post your results here and another community member may help you.

If above all fails please raise a support ticket via your Polycom reseller.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Best Regards

Steffen Baier
