I connected the Soundstation IP 6000 to our Samsung phone system.  I can get the phone connected and make calls in or out.  I can make multiple calls, but I cannot join the calls together for a conference call, I do not see the join button in more or anywhere.  Can someone help me, am I missing a setting somewhere?

Hello Mike,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

It is always useful to include the currently used SIP or UC Software version as issues experienced may already be addressed in a newer release.

This also allows yourself and others to check against current software release notes.

The above is also stated in the "Read First: Welcome to the Polycom VoIP Forum"

Sip Software Version 3.3.3.0069

Boot Rom Software Version 4.3.1.0887 

 

I am getting 1 way audio on the confrence call, but when they speak back I do not hear anything through the polycom.  Do you think this is a firewall issue blocking Audio?
