Soundstation IP 7000 - Application is not present

I have the Ip 7000 and says that the application is not present.
The version of Boot is 4.3.1.0887.

You need to send that file?
How do I send via TFTP?

Applocation is not present error  it comes  soundsation IP 7000, so what i can do

 

Please if you know explain the above error how to solve this issue
