Hello,
we recently just purchased a soundstation ip 7000, we can dial out, receive calls in, etc. But when we call into a conference line (webex, goto meeting, etc) and enter in the meeting id, it does not accept the digits we put in. It will say the no digits entered or incorrect digits, etc.
Anyone have any ideas??

It looks like we resolved the issue by enabling "require DTMF reception" and "Media Termination Point Required" in the phone config in Call Manager.

Thanks Steffen
So i checked CUCM and the payload is correct for the SIP profile and we have no prefrence set on the SIP trunks regarding DTMF Signaling Method. So i believe the next step is to set RFC2976 on the device itself. This is our only polycom phone so we dont have a proper provisioning server and you cannot change this setting from the web admin.
So if i use our tftp server as a boot server for the polycom to go there ; does the polycom upload its config to tftp server as well? how to get the whole config off of it to edit it?
Thanks,

Hello sross79,
my initial reply already contains a link to this post from the FAQ here:
Oct 7, 2011 Question: How can I setup my Phone / Provisioning / Download Software?
Resolution: Please check => here <=
In addition the FAQ also contains this post here:
Oct 7, 2011 Question: Do I always need a Provisioning Server or can I configure a Phone via the Web Interface or via the Phone Gui?
Resolution: Please check => here <=
Above explains that since UCS 4.0.0 you can import configuration files.
All details about Provisioning and Configuration and many other things is explained within the FAQ or the Admin Guide matching your yet unknown software version.
If you require further support it may be advisable to contact your Polycom reseller.
Best Regards
