Hi,

 

My SoudStation IP 7000 works fine to call with but I have a problem when calling into someones teleconference where I am supposed to log in with a meeting code. It seems as the Dual Tone function does not work (there is no response on the phone that I have entered any meeting code at all).

 

I have tried to update the software but without success so I guess there is some kind of set-up that is incorrect. Good to know is that we do not have a "Provisioning Server".

 

I would appreciate any support with potential ways of solving the problem since I have tried to find support on the forum without success.

Depending on the Software version you may need a provisioning server but this is all described in the FAQ as well.
