Soundstation IP7000 No audio in conference calls

We have two of the Polycom Soundstation IP7000 conference phones at our company. As of late we have been having issues with one of them in particular.

 

When making a call between the station and another phone, the call goes through fine and the audio is working. We then call another phone to do a conference call. The call goes through and the phone will answer without issue and audio goes both ways. The moment we press the button to make it a conference call, the audio dies completely.

welcome to the Polycom Community.

It is always useful to include the currently used SIP or UC Software version as issues experienced may already be addressed in a newer release.

This also allows yourself and others to check against current software release notes.
