Hi,

I have a problem with a soundstation ip 5000 with Avaya Aura 7.1.

When i call the phone i am unable to  unhook. The phone ring but i can't unhook.

The sip line is register , all parameters are good. Is the soundstation ip 5000 compatible with Avaya Aura 7.1?    Thank you

Thank you for the informations. If i understand the problem ticket all the soundstation ip models have problem with avaya aura 7.1 when using sip? Thank you.

this affects all Polycom phones using an Avaya 7.1 with SIPS

 

Once we release the individual fixes will post this in the release notes.

Hi,

I want to know when Polycom will release a new firmware for aura 7.1 compatibility because we have a lot of polycom soundstation Ip not functionnal? The first ticket was made in february and now we are in June and no solution, it is not professional. If we not have a firmware support Aura 7.1 we will buy Yeahlink conference phones which run very good have more functionnalities and are better than polycom.

Hello @judi,

Please open a ticket so we can ensure that this is being dealt with in the right manner. We never claimed to officially support Avaya Version 7.1 or later.

 

Polycom is unable to talk in public about unreleased software.

ONE DIRECT direct sold this unit back in 30/10/2012 so they are your reseller that probably can open a ticket for you.
