I'm finally upgrading our SoundPoint phones to 4.1.0 from 3.x.  The upgrade seems to have gone OK, but strangely, the speed dials are now all missing.  We had these specified in the directory XML files on the provisioning server, so it's not like we removed them.  I believe this file is still being parsed, because I see items in my buddy list.  What changed between 3.x and 4.1.0 that would've made my speed dials on my line keys disappear?

Please disregard. I am a moron. I didn't notice the 4.1.0 version was for use with Microsoft Lync.  (I just grabbed the most recent in the list for the SoundPoint IP 650.)

I downgraded to 4.0.4 and it works fine now.

Update: It seems that if I go into the contact directory (on the phone) and edit one, then all of the speed dials return immediately. But I have to repeat that after any reboot.....it doesn't stick.
