Hello,

I have a set of VVX phones having a weird issue when making three way calls. This is happening on VVX400 and VVX600 devices. WHen perforing a three way conference call, once the originating user dials the third party, a soft key for split shows up while ringing. Once the call is answeredand the conference button is pressed again to merge the three callers, the split key is gone. There is no longer an option to split the call, as there should be. Any thoughts?

My lab phone I am testing with:

Phone Information
Phone Model VVX 600
Part Number 3111-44600-001 Rev:A
MAC AddressXXXXXXXXX
IP Mode IPv4
IP Address XXXXXXXXXXX
UC Software Version 5.5.1.12442
Updater Version 5.7.1.13914

Thanks,

Robert G

Hello Robert G,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

Judging by your username I assume you are working for our partner.

In this case most likely we do no control the conference but rather REFER the call to the SIP server in question and the conference is held there.

I would suggest you check the signaling and if this ever worked before raise a service ticket.
