For your new question you need a root CA certificate and need to add this via the:

 

<test device.set="1" device.sec.TLS.customCaCert2.set="1"
                device.sec.TLS.customCaCert2="-----BEGIN CERTIFICATE-----
PEM Cerificate here
-----END CERTIFICATE-----"

Where do I find these certficates? My system vendor says I get them from polycom...

 

Also where on the phone do you input the cert?

All the certificates built into the Polycom software are documented in the Admin Guide and in addition can be found => here >=


In order to import a certificate that you can get from Starfield please check this:

In order to raise a support ticket you need to work with your Polycom reseller as they need to do this for you.

If this is some sort of an Internet discounter please post your phone's MAC address so I can look up who would be able to support you.
