Support for SoundStation IP6000

Hi

Please could someone advise if the Polycom SoundStation IP6000 will work on an old Avaya S8700 system ?

We currently have a Polycom 4690 . . .

Hi, thanks for your reply, but it doesn't help I'm afraid. We have an old S8700 system with Site Administration ver 5.2 - doubt it is a SIP system.

I just need to know if the IP6000 can be told to use an "old school" system ?

Could I kindly ask you to stop posting the same question ,which has been answered twice => here <= and => here <=  already, over the community ?

 

The SSIP6000 is not officially a supported Phone to be used with LYNC.
