I upgraded one of my IP 7000 phones today to 4.0.6 that was just released as a test.  I'm experiencing an issue where the phone appears to be using UDP, as shown in the logs, even though the transport is set to TCP-only everywhere.  I've set the SIP log levels to debug and captured this:

 Anybody else seeing this?  The phone uses TCP correctly with software rev 4.0.5C.  The phone is using only SIPPING-19 features (no Lync, no HDX integration).

If you can verify this via a complete set of logs, an export of your configuration and a matching Wireshark trace please go ahead and raise a Polycom support ticket via your Polycom reseller.

The original Poster was using UCS 4.0.6 and since then we have released UC Software 4.0.7. 

 

Did you try to upgrade and test ?

any reason why it's not available from the Polycom upgrade server?

I am following this up internally but you can provision this also from a local FTP server in the mean time.

Thanks - upgrading to UC Software Version 4.0.7.2514 has resolved the issue
