TRIO 8800 Audio problem

Dear all,


I have recently bought two TRIO 8800 units. Since TEAMS is only supported as Audio only I have decided to use them as such via USB connection. This worked seamless for some days but as of today I have audio problems. During calls or playing music the audio breaks up every second. This is also the case when connected via Bluetooth. So the sound goes on and off...


I have installed the latest software: 

Current software version :

And also tried older versions. Can anyone solve this issue or tell me if they are experiencing the same issue?
