We have a hearing-impaired, deaf really, staff member who needs TTY support in our 100% Lync 2013 environment. We use Polycom CX300 and CX600 phones for most of our users.
Lync supports this and has specific configuration instructions, but i need to find the necessary TTY hardware.
I find all sorts or references to Polycom phones being compatible with commercially available TTY handsets or adapters, but no specific guidance. Also, i have not so far found any TTY equipment that looks useful or even remotely compatible. Everything i find is a handset for an old analog phone line or an adapter for an iPhone.
