Dear,

 

We are experiencing problems with one of our polycoms.

They have installed this in a fridge ( about 5°C ) and it shuts itself down after 10 minutes.

I read in the manuel that the temperature could be between 0 to 40°C so that shouldn't be the problem.

 

Could this be a safety shutdown or is this a manufacturing fault?
