Time setting on VVx600

I have a VVX600 and the time is off by an hour, it's in the wrong zip code.  How do I fix this on the phone or is their programming that needs to be done?

The above enables you to verify if you are getting the offset via DHCP or shows you a way to either manually change it via the web interface or importing a configuration.
