I bought a VVX 500 to test with our Toshiba Strata CIX system. I've got everything working, but I'm having a problem with "attendeded" transferred calls. By default, our Toshiba phones perform an attended transfer. Typically, the person doing the transfer will hang up immediately after the transfer begins, which will result in the Caller ID changing from the transferer to the external caller. However, on the VVX 500, it stays on the transferers extension, and doesn't change to the external caller ID. Once the phone is picked up, the caller id will swap over and show the external caller. Any ideas on how to fix this?
