We just had a system installed and we are using Polycom VVX600 phones. I consider myself an intelligent person however I cannot figure out how to transfer a call directly to someones voice mail. Transfering to a person is not problem but to voice mail I am lost. Couls someone please assist me. Thank you.

This completely depends on the System you are actually using and whoever installed that system should be able to tell you this as it differs per system and has nothing to do with the phone.

I am having the same issue. We are on Lync 2013 server with Exchange 2010 UM and we use the VVX600 that is the SfB model.
Is there a way to directly transfer a call to someones vm?
Or could I create a soft key calle "To VM" when they hit that a prompt would come up asking for the ext then we could press the physical button on the side car and have the call go directly to that persons voicemail.
Are either of these options possible? If not, what is Polycom's work around for doing this?
