Transferring a Call Directly to Voice Mail

I have polycom vvx 411 5.4.1.17954 on a emetrotel ucx50 5.0 server

On an active call I have 4 softkey buttons, Park, Hold, End Call, and More. I would like to replace the Hold softkey with a Thansfer to Voice softkey. The ucx transfer code is ## and the direct to voice mail code is #*. So on an active call if I press ###* and the extension number it goes directly to voice mail as it should.

I would like to replace the HOLD softkey with the ###* sequence.

Re: Transferring a Call Directly to Voice Mail

Hello @NorrinRadd,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

You could look at the softkey.feature.basicCallManagement.redundant Parameter.

1 (default) - Displays the Hold, Transfer, and Conference soft keys.
0 - Does not display the Hold, Transfer, and Conference soft keys.

and then manually add Softkeys

The community's VoIP FAQ contains this post here:

Nov 25, 2011 Question: How can I change the functionality of a softkey button / use EFK?
