Hi,

I have a Trio 8800 with the latest software version 5.9.5 Rev AD released on Feb 23, 2021.

After installing the software and making Skype For Business as a base profil, i imported all the configuration files (including "features.cfg") to my Trio via the web interface from the software folder downloaded from the site here . It was all good, i had my keyboard dialpad with letters and everything on it.

But when i import any ecosystem for a hybrid registration such as "Zoom-Unregistered-L2.cfg" no button (zoom button for this example) appears on the Trio 8800 main screen.

So i reinstalled the 5.9.5 Rev AD software and set the base profil on Skype For Business again... This time i didn't import any other configuration file from the software folder.

The Trio interface is like old and basic having a keypad with no letters, just numbers on it.

I imported several ecosystems for a hybrid registration such as "Zoom-Unregistered-L2.cfg" and then the associated button appeared on the main screen of the Trio 8800. Everything was good until i tried to join a zoom meeting from the zoom button on the Trio 8800, i need to type in the Zoom Meeting ID Exp. 990 3515 7700 . I do that with the Trio 8800's dialpad that has numbers only. Then when it comes to type in the Meeting passcode Exp. ZzLH6m i can't because there are no letters on my Trio 8800 dialpad. Then i imported the "features.cfg" file and the UI of my Trio got modern with the latest Poly blue background but All of the Ecosystem's buttons has disappeared.

I would appreciate it if someone could give me some explanations and help me solve this problem.

Thank you.

Hello @abderrahmane ,

Welcome to the Poly Community.

Using the hybrid solution with different providers comes with certain restrictions. Using this in this mode will only enable the Trio to join meetings that have a numerical passcode as DTMF is not aware of characters.

If you want to use this sort of meetings you would need to set up the Trio in Zoom Rooms mode where it runs the Zoom Rooms application. This will not enable pairing with a VisualPro/Visual+

If you need further help or assistance please open a support ticket and/or work with the Poly reseller that sold the Trio.

In order to raise a support ticket, you need to work with your Poly reseller as they may need to do this for you.

End Customers are usually unable to open a ticket directly with Poly support. Available End User Poly services offerings are detailed here

If this is some sort of an Internet discounter providing your MAC address or your Poly devices serial will enable us to look up who would be able to support you. This may not be who you purchased the Poly device from.

If the unit is no longer within the warranty please be prepared to Pay Per Incident / PPI. This is all outlined in detail here
