Hello Steve,

welcome back to the Polycom Community.

To my knowledge this is not possible.

Can you clarify why or what you would like to do exactly ?

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Hi Steffen

Thank you for the reply.

What our Users are finding strange is that while in a video call and looking at the Self View in the bottom corner of the screen it appears to them to be reversed. I realise this is a view of exactly what the remote party will see but the Users in our meeting room expect the image to be reversed as if they were sat in front of a mirror and not exactly the same view as the remote party.

Regards.

Steve

Was there ever a solution to this as we have the same issue?

Hello @GGMM,

welcome to the Polycom Community.
Same answer as given to previous user:

So far nobody has brought this to the attention of the Product Management Team or the opportunity to justify this was not big enough.

Thanks for the reply and the link, however it does seem like a bit of a blind alley for us End Customers as we are unable to suggest a change without some rigmarole, although I get the reasoning for the process I would say the self-view on the Trios is not a standard user experience when comparing to normal webcam views and would consider it a minor issue rather than a feature to be enabled by consensus.

Hello @GGMM,

I have forwarded this with the 3 people within this post's email address to the product management team but again it is difficult understanding the request and the potential opportunity for the individual user.

The above post outlines the requirement and why we need to do this.

I am also seeing this issue in three rooms now. The camera feed on the Visual + display has flipped/mirrored. It used to display correctly. Is there is setting that needs to be changed? I cannot locate it.
