Trio 8800 sip dialout drops after 10 digits!?

Hi guys

Dial out on the poly worked perfectly until we added a Konftel sip phone to our huddle room.  Dialout on the Konftel works ok.

However, now on the Trio 8800 when we try to dial out with our usual 9-604-xxx-xxxx  the phone immediately goes to fast busy after 10 digits.   We do not get a chance to enter the last digit of the number.  So weird.  There was no config change on the unit, unless when we added the Konftel phone it might have disrupted something.

For some reason the web gui is not allowing us to disable the dial plan.  Trying to export the config and change it there.

Suggestions?

Resolved:

I removed the dial plan from the Global SIP profile

It says if this is removed it will basically accept whatever you enter on the key pad - you may have to press the SEND softkey after entering the number with a 9 in front.
