Why does the Trio C60 firmware revert back to 5.9.3.8395 when it's placed in USB optimized mode?
I've tried this several times.. After loading new firmware in the default mode I put it into USB optimized mode.. Within a few minutes it starts an update process and loads 5.9.3.8395.again.
Hello @Scott Schering ,
Welcome back to the Poly community.
Some or a couple of your old post(s) or reply(s) to them => here <= are still open/pending as you have not marked these as "Accept as a solution" or at least provide some form of feedback or answer.
If they are in this state nobody finding them via a community search will know if an answer or advice provided was useful and has maybe helped you.
Could you therefore kindly go over them and mark or answer as appropriate?
If they are marked as "Accept as a solution" other users can find these easier and it helps them to utilize the community more efficiently. Please do not simply mark them without any type of feedback.
For your new issue is this a Trio just in idle mode or is this connected to a PC or Mac? If yes what software is running on these?
You could lower the CURL, Copy, and Configuration level to Event 3 and make the log up to 10240kb and share this.
Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.
Best Regards
Steffen Baier
Both the C60s I have do it.. Either idle, usb linked to the G40-T ( Win 10 IOT) or my Laptop ( Windows 10 Enterprise 1909 )
After setting them to USB optimized mode they will auto update back down to 5.9.3.8395.then clam they are fully up to date. They even refuse to load newer firmware from USB displaying a message that they are on the current version.
I've seen this with both the 5.9.5 and 7.0 firmware loaded.
I'll work on getting logs
