Trio C60: Unable to decline incoming call

I'm almost positive I have seen this before but I have a C60 that is unable to decline incoming calls. You can tap the decline icon, the screen flashes and it just keeps ringing. 

I'm hoping that it is a simple setting in the config that was missed.

Please start with the important details like the SIP server etc. and any config used. Do you have a backup of the device?
