Hello! (New Guy)

 

I am playing with a soundpoint IP330, and have gotten it hooked up to my asteriskNOW server.

I am able to make calls and everthing, however for my needs, I would like to be able to dial   |8[2-9]xxxxxxxxx|

However it seems that evertime I go to dial 8xxxxxxxxxx it will only dial the first 10 digits then it will call. Failing of course due to the missing 11th digit. 
I believe my dialplan is correct, however I could be wrong. 

[2-9]11|[7]xxT|7[2-9]xxxxxx|8[2-9]xxxxxxxxx|[2-9]xxxT|*xx|7xxT

 

Due to a lack of being able to find the correct conf files, I have had to use the web interface to configure many of the options.
This is a direct copy and paste from there. 

The time outs are: (They are matched 1:1 for the number of | in the diaplan)
3|3|3|3|3|1|1

welcome to the Polycom Community.

It is always useful to include the currently used Software version as issues experienced may already be addressed in a newer release.

This also allows yourself and others to check against current software release notes.
