My organization has a few users currently testing UC 188.8.131.5274 on VVX 500's and VVX 600's paired up with BToE 3.0.0. The issue we are running into is that most of these test users do not log out of their PC's or reboot at night, they are just locked. Each morning when they come in, they are presented with the "Logon information needed" prompt indicating "A connection has been detected between your desk phone and Lync..." Each morning, the users authenticate to the prompt and BToE works fine and the phones work fine. We just need to know if the authentication prompt every single day is an expected behavior or what we need to do in order to suppress it and prevent it from happening every day. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
