UC Update 5.9.5.2962 failing

Attempting to upgrade the UC software on a Trio C60 from 5.9.52831 to 5.9.5.2962 via Poly Hosted Server but it is failing. 

Settings - Status - Platform - Software Upgrade Status - Check Now fails as well.

Hello James,

 

as stated there should not be any other software and that may be the issue. Our web Team may have been trigger happy but the release is not finished yet so the latest is 2831 as stated.

Hello James,

 

there should not be any other software released at present other then 5.9.5.2831 for the C60.

 

We are due to release UC Software 5.9.5 Rev AB tomorrow or Monday latest.

 

If there still is an issue:

 

May 11, 2018 Question: Why do I get a "Failed to fetch available software from the Poly hosted server" error message or able to download list but unable to upgrade/downgrade?

Resolution: Please ensure your firewall allows outbound network traffic as shown  => here <=

5.9.5.2962 appears on the drop down list in the C60's web configurator. My original post has a screenshot attached.
