Anyone have an idea of how to resolve an issue with the IP Soundstation 5000 inserting SIP: before a SIPS: in the record route of the signalling, which causes the handset to be unable to answer the call. Avaya have stated it's because the UC software is not RFC compliant for ignoring SIPS if it doesn't support it. so we currently have conference phones that are unable to answer inbound calls but can make outbound calls.
