UCS 4.0.4 has introduced a new feature (35157) that replaces '**' with '+' to allow direct dialling of international numbers.

Our sytstem already has a service activated by dialling '***' - which now gets turned to '+*'.

Anyone know if it's possible to disable this?

(The latest Admin guide I can find is 4.0.1 and the 4.0.4 release notes just describe the feature, no mention of disabling it).

Hello Penzias,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

This new feature was added to be conform with similar scenarios on mobile phones for example.

I am not aware that this can be activated and simply pressing the digits slower will allow you to enter two ** when dialing.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Best Regards
