I just got some SPIP 335 updated to the newest UCS 4.0.9, and after that I can't use the phone's menu forward settings any longer.

For any of the options (Always, No Answer or Busy) when i try to define the "Contact" value any digit (other than 0) will make the OK softkey disapear and the up/down cursor will show an 0.

I found no way to properly define the contact.

Is it already reported? There is any fix?

Hello Jarruda,

I just tried this on a SPIP 331 and 331 the following way:

  • Menu => Features => Forward => Always => Press the Tick Key => Enter number

I tried numbers starting with 0 or 1 and cannot reproduce this.

Please check your configuration and then work with your Polycom reseller.

Hi,

Can you look at the video attachment (opening in VLC should work)?

The bug is realy consistent in our IP335 phones.

Steffen, I have recorded a video of this behaviour on 4.0.9 on a Polycom 335 and is attached (apologies for it being upside down).  Have you tried to reproduce this on a 335?

Hello

I am out of the office so I won't be able to reproduce anything more than I have already done. Please work with your Polycom reseller

Hello all,

to my knowledge so far nobody within this community has actually reported this yet.

I have one local customer who reported this a short while ago and we are tracking this under VOIP-112685. I can replicate this on a SPIP335 or even SPIP331.

The root cause seems to be having URL dialing disabled:

<change feature.urlDialing.enabled="0" />

If you set this back to the factory default the call forward works.

We are working on a fix for this in a future version.
